**Wildlife** Our secluded location means we get frequent visits from local wildlife, including bears. For your safety and theirs, please do not leave any food in your car or outside the home. All trash must be placed in the secure bear-proof bins at the end of the driveway. **Driveway** The gravel driveway is approximately 25 yards long and has a slight 6% grade for about 10 yards before it flattens out at the top. **Check-in/Check-out** Self check-in with a smart lock. Codes and instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.

Cabin is located 1.5 miles to downtown or .25 mi to the FREE trolly stop, allowing you to avoid traffic and parking in downtown Gatlinburg! Location is in a traditional neighborhood. You will have neighbors to the East and separated by trees. To the West, there are slight views of the valley and the sunset. The cabin is located down the hill, and walking distance from the Greenbriar Restaurant. Given there are no neighbors to the West, there is a lot of bear activity. Please maintain caution while outdoors.
Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire main house and all its amenities, including the hot tub, game room, and outdoor spaces. For your safety and our storage, one cleaning supply closet, locked cabinets in the upstairs bedrooms, and the detached garage are not accessible to guests. The property features a private entrance and keyless entry for your convenience. There is a doorbell camera that is motion activated and not continuously monitored.
